In March of this year Harden Homes completed construction of our home in the community of Belfair just as they promised. Our experience with Harden Homes was very pleasant from beginning to end. I thought that building a home in Hilton Head while living in Connecticut would prove to be a stressful and perhaps exasperating experience. Harden Homes proved that just the opposite can be true. Our new house is awesome! It's absolutely beautiful even our dog, Bonnie, says, "This house rocks!" From the moment Sherry and I walked into the Birkdale, we knew it was exactly what we wanted. Since you guys at Harden Homes had built the model, we asked you if you could recreate it exactly, upgrades and all.

We had never been involved in the construction of a house, but you guys patiently walked us through it. Now we can actually look at a blueprint and only get moderately dizzy.

And even though we lived a thousand miles away during the construction and could only get down here every 6 weeks or so, you made us feel like we were almost here with constant detailed email updates including digital photos of the construction. And when we did come down to see the construction, you introduced us to your subcontractors and explained in detail all the work they were doing and when it would be completed.

And then on January 19th we actually moved in and we couldn't be happier. Everyone who visits is blown away from the moment they walk through the front door. They always ask, "Who built this house?" When we tell them they ask, "Would you build with them again?" Absolutely.

And thanks, Mike, for your continuous involvement during the entire process. We imagined a beautiful home and you built us a home even better than we imagined. Our thanks to all of you.
